My chef life started at age 7 on a farm in Illinois. My first job was a breakfast cook in rural Iowa when I was 17. I spent the next 15 years honing in on all aspects of the restaurant industry. I received my degree in culinary arts 2013 and started my own private chef business the following year in Red River, New Mexico. I have recently found myself in the Texas Hill Country.
